Breakfast Through the Ages

By the 19th century, this meal began to reflect the aspirations of a growing middle class. Many affluent Americans sought elaborate breakfasts, inspired by the English tradition of serving bacon, eggs, and even baked beans. This shift marked the beginning of breakfast as a pivotal part of daily life, setting the stage for the more diverse morning meals we enjoy today.

"I can't say enough nice things about these guys. They are welcoming and friendly, and the food and value are both fantastic. They have done an incredible job with the restaurant, and we have ben visiting every week for awhile, as easily a favorite off the beaten path breakfast and lunch spot. Everything thing I've tried from their menus and baked goods have been excellent. They will even play along with ridiculous orders: shout out to my recent craving of a Burger Melt with a fried egg, mushrooms, and onions! I've been meaning to leave them a review for awhile now, but was probably too content from my meals to remember when left. I send everyone I can their way, with only a small concern the line will get too long from popularity they well deserve."
