"My husband and I ate here while vacationing in Connecticut. I noticed it as it was a short distance from our hotel. Jake's Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch. My husband had coffee, eggs over easy, potatoes,rye toast and bacon. He said the eggs were perfect. Runny yokes and all. I had the homemade corned beef with potatoes, scrambled eggs, white toast and their homemade blueberry jam. So good! Brenda was our server and was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our meals there 2 days in a row. If you're in the area you should try this wonderful place and have a great meal."
